Tradition Buffet- Full meal is lined up along a series of tables allowing the guests to serve themsleves. This allows your guest to pick the items they want to eat and the portion size. This option allows for multiple servings with ease. Stationed Buffet- Same as the Traditional with the exception that there is a server at each item to dish out the food. Family - Each table is served with a large serving dish of each menu item. (Table d'Hôte) Guests then serve themselves to each item. Tables are cleared by our serving staff between each course. French- Guests are served each course by the serving staff. Courses are prepared on each plate before table is served. Table is cleared in between each course. Return to Catering
